The Seaboard Medical Association is fortunate to be able to offer its membership the finest medical programs available. More than 100 physicians from a variety of specialties attend the annual meeting each year. These meetings would not be possible if it were not for the generosity of many companies and individuals willing to commit their funding and time to Seaboard.
Pre-registration is required to assure space and availability of handout materials, and fee is payable with registration. Checks should be made payable to: The Seaboard Medical Association. Full refund will be made if registration is cancelled prior to June 6, 2009. No refund will be made for the sessions or any activity following this date. Registration fee includes: Early morning breakfast for physicians Friday and Saturday, Mid morning coffee breaks, Friday night Cocktail Party, Saturday night President's Dinner and Babysitting service Friday and Saturday evenings. A letter of confirmation, and other pertinent information will be sent upon the receipt of you registration FIRST TIME ATTENDEES RECEIVE: $100 off the 2009 registration fee of $450.00. You pay only $350.00 for you and your spouse/guest. REGISTER BEFORE APRIL 30, 2009: Receive the early registration fee of $400, $50 off the regular Seaboard registration fee of $450.
The location will be the Hilton Garden Inn, Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. When booking rooms, mention that you are with Seaboard. The following are the secured rates.
